about

"For the past 2 years or so I, like so many other people have been struggling with mental health issues. From previously being someone who was naturally sociable and (fairly) positive in my day to day life, I've had times where being around other people filled me with dread. Now I live with anxiety and over time it has gotten easier to deal with the demons that I never saw coming.

The one constant that has always kept me sane is music, whether as an artist or a fan, making and listening to music has always been an escape for the facets of life that have become more difficult to deal with recently.

This is the first in a series of EPs of remixes from various artists of some tracks from my back catalog. All proceeds will go to Nordoff Robbins to help others coping with mental health issues use music as their therapeutic tool."
